Do you send out samples of your Elia dinnerware?
Posting date: 28th May 2010 16:39
Hi, we do send out samples of Elia dinnerware pieces in that we can send just one of an item rather than the usual minimum boxed quantities. However, we do have to charge for this individual piece, including p&p. If you go ahead and place a large order, then we will give you the large order price for the sample. If you decide not to go ahead and want to refund the sample, then we will refund you your original purchase price of the dinnerware.
Sorry to not be able to send out the samples for free but we had so few returned - if we charge, then the unwanted samples are usually returned!
