Free delivery on all orders over £30 delivered to a UK mainland address.

Deliveries on all orders under £30 delivered to a UK mainland address is £4.95

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands:

• these are subject to a surcharge which depends on weight - we ask you to agree our quote before charging you
• orders over £30 will receive a £4.95 discount off the surcharge

UK Delivery Times

We aim to deliver almost all UK mainland orders within 3 working days of their being received.

If ordering out of office hours (which are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm), please take the next office day as the start time for this 3 day estimate.

Very occasionally, the 3 day target is not met. Whilst we do our very best, we do not guarantee a 3 day service. Please let us know immediately if it has not taken place.

If we know that we have a problem meeting our standard we will contact you by email or by phone to let you know.

UK Delivery Next Day

We offer a guaranteed UK next day delivery for an extra £10.

Orders need to be placed by 12 noon.

Signed for Delivery Only

We only deliver when the goods are signed for as there are too many instances of orders going missing. We can deliver to a different addresse such as a work address if this helps to ensure that someone will be in to sign.

We believe the "signed for only" benefits everyone as it helps to avoid theft and fraud. If no one is in, a card will be put through the door giving instructions.
