These terms & conditions set out the basis on which you can visit and use our web site and on which you place orders with us. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.

Tableware PLUS, is a division of PLUS Online Stores Ltd. PLUS Online Stores owns this site and when ordering this is the company with whom you make a contract. PLUS Online Stores Ltd is our sister company that develops and owns the software for the site and processes payments for PLUS Online Stores. If you want to ask us anything about these terms and conditions or have any comments or complaints on or about our web site please contact us.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you and any changes will apply to subsequent orders received.

Product Description + Pricing

We take every care in the preparation of the content of this web site, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, please note the following:

Colour and appearance on the web site will vary according to the resolution and the screen type of your computer screen monitor. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the appearance or colours of the products shown on the site exactly reproduce the appearance or colours of the products themselves.
The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only.
The price you pay is the price displayed on our web site at the time we receive your order, and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation, with the following exception: if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled, and will give you a full refund.
On rare occasions, product descriptions may not reflect the exact position at the moment. We do not therefore offer any warranties as to their accuracy.
Packaging may vary from that shown.

Payment

We will charge your credit card account when your order is on its way to you. Your statement will refer to "PLUS Online Stores Ltd" as the business which you have paid. Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa Credit, Master Card, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Switch/UK Maestro , Solo, Maestro, JCB, and American Express cards.

By providing us with credit or debit card details to pay for an order, you are confirming that the card you are using is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

All goods will remain the property of Tableware PLUS, a department of PLUS Online Stores Ltd, until paid for in full.

Accepting Your Order

We carry out checks and authorisation procedures on cards, cheques, stock, etc before your offer to buy from us is accepted. We reserve the right to reject any order placed with us, depending on the results of the checks and procedures that we carry out.

Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered. We will either phone or send order confirmation to the e-mail address you have supplied to us. A receipt/invoice will be sent through the post or by email. Goods may be dispatched separately to invoice. Please keep all paper work that we send you in case of query and if possible print out copies of emails or on line orders placed.

Delivery

Delivery for orders under £30 to a UK mainland address is £4.95

We deliver free, all orders over £30 to a UK mainland address.

A surcharge applies to deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, which depends on weight. However, orders to these outer islands over £30 will receive a £4.95 discount off the surcharge

Almost all UK orders are delivered within 3 days of their being received. If ordering out of office hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm) , please take the next office day as the start time for this 3 day standard.

Very occasionally, the 3 day standard is not met. Whilst we do our very best, we do not guarantee a 3 day service and orders may take up to 5 days. Please let us know immediately if it has not taken place.

International orders are subject to individual carriage quotes and delivery time estimates. Delivery time estimates are only estimates and may vary.

Order Cancellation + Returns

Changing your mind

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will try to stop delivery. However, if delivery has already taken place, please still contact us immediately and return the goods to us within 7 days of receiving them. Provided the goods are returned in saleable condition we will give you a full refund or exchange the goods as you prefer.

Please note that refunds will not include any delivery charges incurred when your order was first sent to you or when you returned it. If we arrange collection, then the costs of collection will be treated as your costs of return and will be deducted from the price you first paid when calculating the refund you are due. Normal delivery terms (see above) apply to goods sent out in exchange.

Please also note that refunds cannot be given on Gift Vouchers.

A problem with the goods

If you are canceling your order because of a problem with the goods, please let us know immediately what is the nature of the problem and return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. We will send you a replacement, or , if you prefer, we will refund damaged goods in full, including any UK delivery charges incurred. Any replacement goods will be sent to you at a UK address free of charge.

Please note that if goods have been delivered outside the UK, the return of goods and the shipping of any replacement goods will be at your cost.

Manufacturers' Guarantees

Manufacturers' guarantees apply in addition to our cancellation and returns policy. Please contact us and we will liaise with the manufacturers on your behalf. If you prefer, you can contact the manufacturer direct - we can supply you with the contact details.
